charming decor, spacious room, original frescos
The absence of an elevator is a real hassle for those with heavy luggage!!! The hair dryer needs replacing as it's multiple duct-taped and not functioning well!!! Worn-out towels could use a refresh!!! Privacy issues from old door locks may not suit everyone's taste.

Charming building, friendly staff, the historic ceiling in our room was simply stunning and we appreciated having an electric kettle and a small fridge for added convenience.
Utterly happy with everything.

I really enjoyed my short stay, especially how the room had everything I needed, including a small fridge and electric kettle! The lounge and garden area offered a nice chill zone to unwind after a long day. Just a heads-up, the stairs can be quite the workout, but it didn't take away from my overall experience. 😊

Had a great time with friends at this hotel. It's close to everything we wanted to see, like the stunning Palazzo Ducale and De Ferrari square. We also enjoyed shopping at Mercato Orientale Genova. The breakfast was delicious, and the atmosphere was cozy. Perfect for a group getaway!
The room's access involved a lot of stairs, which was not the easiest for carrying our luggage. But it didn't overshadow our overall experience.

the hosts were super friendly and really helpful. room was clean, comfy and well equipped. The ceiling is like a frickin museum! vending machines were cheap, and the location is perfect, just 5 mins walk to the train station and old town.
only problem was there were a lot of stairs and no elevator, so it can be tough with heavy bags!

Lovely spot for strolls to the train station and the old port. Super convenient with nearby eateries, yet head into the old city for more options. Charming decor added a delightful touch to my stay, felt like home!
Beware of the stairs! My bags made me feel like an Olympic weightlifter on the way up!
